Earning her Bachelor’s degree in Drama and Political Science at Adelphi University, Ms. Rosicki subsequently attended London’s Royal Academy of Dramatic Art. She obtained her J.D. at New York Law School in 1986, and then began her career with a mortgage foreclosure firm. By 1990, Ms. Rosicki was representing private clients in mortgage-related matters and had established a small Brooklyn law office. Her activities in these early years benefited from the support of close family members.
Reflecting an underlying focus on community, Cynthia Rosicki has achieved a number of distinctions over the years, including the Polish Children’s Heartline Humanitarian Award and the Nassau County Community Service Award. She sits on the board of the AHRC and the Kosciuszko Foundation and supports the charities Gift of Life and Help the Homeless.
